Hi, I’m Meg - Your Practitioner & Health Coach

A few years ago, I started digging into everything I could about wellness—because I wanted real answers, not surface-level fixes. I was experiencing the same thing over and over again: prescriptions, BS diagnoses, and being told “Everything looks normal. You just have IBS.” I knew there had to be a better way, so I read every book and article and listened to every podcast I could get my hands on.

For most of my late childhood and young adulthood, I was bloated, anxious, exhausted, inflamed, and gaining weight. Something was wrong, nobody could tell me what it was, and I just needed answers.

After going through my own transformation at 23 years old—losing 35 pounds, reversing chronic symptoms, and finally feeling like myself again—I realized that real healing comes from understanding your unique body and working with it.

I hold a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (if you’re unfamiliar, this is basically the study of human behavior in the workplace…so I know a thing or two about what stress, burnout, and toxic systems do to the body). I’m a certified Integrative Health Practitioner through the IHP Institute, founded by Dr. Stephen Cabral. This training brings together the best of seven healing disciplines: Functional Medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine, Bioregulatory Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine & Herbalism, Orthomolecular Medicine, Eastern Philosophy, and Detoxification practices.

Now, I use a root-cause approach that blends science (functional labs with real bio-individual data) with holistic healing to help people feel empowered, energized, and in control of their health!

Swipe through the photos below to see how I went from constantly bloated, always tired, inflamed, ignoring my body’s symptoms to a healed nervous system, balanced hormones, clear mind, and energized body.

I am 27 years old. There is still a lot I am figuring out in this chapter of life, but one thing I’m sure of: helping people feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally—is what I’m meant to do. Health is everything. It drives how we show up in the world, how we show up in our relationships with the people we love, how long we get to do what we love, and how fully we get to live.

If you choose to work with me, just know I take that seriously. Your health is your most valuable asset, and I don’t take the responsibility of being part of your journey lightly. I’m always learning, always listening, and always committed to showing up for the people I work with.
